Cynthia Ray, Building Manager of Three Riverway, Houston, TX

Cynthia C. Ray is the Manager for the Blumberg Capital Partners’ building at Three Riverway, a 400,000 square foot office building in Houston, Texas. She has been active in commercial real estate since 1989 and has been involved in retail, industrial, and office properties in Houston, Texas. She handles ownership and management aspects of the property; which include tenant relations, collections, payables, overseeing tenant build outs, renovations, budgets, monthly reports, and supervising engineering, parking, security, janitorial, and administrative staff. Ms. Ray is a member of Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA), The Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), and Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW). She was a charter member of CREW and was the treasurer on the board in 1999/2000. She is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin. She also holds her Texas Real Estate Salesman License and has her Certified Property Manager (CPM^®) designation.

Anne Hode, Building Manager of 550 Reo, Tampa, FL

Anne Hode is the Manager at Blumberg Capital Partners’ building at 550 North ReoStreet in Tampa, Florida. She has been active in commercial real estate since 1989 and has been employed by Blumberg Capital Partners since November 2003. She is responsible for tenant and broker relations, vendor/contractor negotiations, property inspections, security and maintenance, and oversees all construction activities and capital improvement projects. She also administers a company-wide emergency procedure plan, a fire warden program, safety programs and an energy management program. Ms. Hode is a member of the Westshore Alliance and participates in various business community activities and projects. She holds a Florida real estate license and is also involved with the Building Owners and Management Association (BOMA).

Luisa Woodward, Building Manager of Dadeland Towers South, Maimi, FL

Luisa Woodward is the Property Manager for Blumberg Capital Partners’ building at at Dadeland Towers South, Miami, Fla, which consists of approximately 400,000 square feet of office building and garage space. She has been active in real estate since 1998 in both commercial and medical areas of property management. She is responsible for solidifying positive relationships between tenants and ownership; vendor and contractor negotiations; security and maintenance issues, and manages the construction process for tenant improvements as well as various capital projects. Ms. Woodward is a graduate of Florida Atlantic University where she received a B.S. degree in both Real Estate and Finance. She is a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) and the Florida Atlantic University National Alumni Association. A major contributor to the high levels of tenant satisfaction enjoyed by Blumberg Office is the proficiency of our building managers.
